Interior designers spared no expense for the master suite which comprises king size bed, 50' plasma with Satellite TV, dressing room, luxury ensuite with walk in rain shower, double ended jacuzzi bath, polished marble floor and two private first floor terrace patios for romantic breakfasts and evening cocktails. A study room is also available with high speed internet wireless just in case you need it.
Five star luxury with five double bedrooms sleeps 10. The villa is fully appointed with everything we think you would need. Furnished by interior designers, fully equipped with everything from Satellite tv, high speed wireless internet and air conditioning throughout, to polished marble floors, jacuzzi bath, maid service and wood panelled snooker room.
The villa has been beautifully decorated by leading interior designer, with very high quality furniture, hand-made works of art, sumptuous king-sized beds with luxurious cotton sheets, extensive outdoor sofas and rattan loungers. The villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard using Italian stone, authentic Spanish tiles and polished marble throughout areas of the house. The villa offers air conditioning throughout, plus silent hand-casted fans with air blades, as well as full heating should you require extra warmth in the winter months.
On the ground floor of the villa you have four double bedrooms all with en-suites, a large airy and fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge, dining room which comes complete with a wall mounted 60'' flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite TV, iPod dock and home cinema surround sound system.
The dining area has seating for up to 10. From the lounge and the kitchen as well as all of the bedrooms you have direct access to a large free-form swimming pool and terrace areas offering you stunning panoramic views.
On the first floor there is a further master bedroom with beautiful en-suite bathroom finished in polished marble complete with baths and large walk-in shower. From this bedroom you have access to two private terraces overlooking the front and rear gardens and swimming pool, and from where you can take in the breath-taking panoramic mountain and sea views.
Other features include games, videos, a snooker table, plus croquet equipment for those who want to stay fit while topping up their sun tan.

The first of four double bedrooms on the ground floor with private ensuite with polished marble floor and original spanish tiles. All bedrooms include air conditioning for the summer and heating for the cold December nights.

Just one of the four ground floor bedrooms with yet another ensuite bathroom with polished marble floors and lovely original spanish tiles. Two single beds easily made in to a double if required. Fitted wardrobes and doors leading on to a seperate terrace area for evening cocktails or morning yoga.
Entrance hall
The first room you see as you enter the fabulous Casa Sylvista. A feature room furnished by interior designers and hand made international works of art. Fully alarmed with security guards and electric front gates. You are looked after.
